The small things matter,
They are important as hell;
A little light at the end of the tunnel,
Can mean everything will soon be well.
The tiny smile to a stranger,
A good morning to the man;
A small peck on the cheek,
Or just a hug, if you can!
Listening to the day’s course,
Taking interest in their life,
Asking those small questions,
Well, you know what it is like!
Making efforts can be tiresome,
Creating a beautiful loving life too;
But to keep the loved ones close,
It’s all worth the price!
